Yesterday we shared a great afternoon with some of our homeschool friends - making gingerbread houses, eating gingerbread waffles, wearing our pajamas, exchanging ornaments, and enjoying each others company.

This brings back wonderful memories for me when my daughters were once upon a time this young and we made gingerbread houses with friends in Oxford and then with cousins when we gathered together in Arkansas. Those are treasured memories for your mother. Seeing my daughters doing these things with our grandchildren and other children they love blesses my soul. How sweet it is!

So fun! Looks like a great time! The gingerbread houses are SO cute. I also love the South Pole idea - we are currently reading Mr. Popper's Penguins so that would be great to use for that. Hope ya'll have a very Merry Christmas!
