This is one of my favorite winter salads made with two of my favorite summer fruits. I peel a grapefruit and avocado, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. It's a great way to chase away winter blues!

Today marked the 56th inauguration of a US President.
We watched from home for our history lesson today.
Afterwards, we had prayer as we are encouraged to do so from 1 Tim. 2:1-3.
